A shopper walks into a store wanting to buy a video game. He or she goes back to the electronics department to find the games locked behind a large glass case. With seemingly little organization behind the glass, the frustrated consumer finally finds the game that he or she thinks they want, but they can't look at it because it is locked up, so they look for the retail associate that never seems to be around when you want them.
Finally the shopper finds the associate and they have to track down the key to the case. The case is opened and the retail associate hovers while the shopper looks at the box and maybe even asks to see another game to compare. Finally the shopper makes a decision and one of two things happens - either the game is given to the shopper who walks around the store, effectively losing all control over this high loss item, or the associate escorts the shopper to the register like a criminal and chaperones the purchase.
